About Challenge
Challenge Consultancy Ltd, founded by Femi Otitoju, has been supplying training and support services on equality, diversity and related issues for more than 25 years to a large range of clients in the public and private sector. This course will allow you to tap into that expertise. Run by Femi with additional input from our specialists on disability and training presentation you will have a dynamic 5 days with plenty of opportunity to practice as you learn.
About The Course
The course consists of:
- 2 hours of equality and diversity e-learning (pre training)
- 5 days classroom training
- An individual coaching session for each participant (post training)
The course is open to applicants who have experience of working with groups in a facilitative role. You should also have a real understanding of the issues faced by minority groups, ideally gained by direct experience.
To optimise the attention which can be given to each participant we are keeping the numbers for this course small.
