Coaching & Mentoring

Challenge consultants have been asked on numerous occasions to provide one to one personal development sessions. These have been provided for individual members of staff, including middle and senior Managers on a "one off" basis as well as in an agreed series of meetings. Often these sessions have come from a need to develop or support staff, or to work effectively in their current role.

If you are looking for one to one work to improve performance and/or confidence please contact the office. We will take your details and an outline of what you are looking for. We will then ask the most appropriate of our coaches or consultants to contact you for a conversation and assessment of what your needs are and whether we can help.
