Team Building

This area of work is becoming more popular. Organisations are realising that diverse teams working together need to spend time getting to know the best ways that they can most effectively work together.

Challenge designs and facilitates team building courses to meet individual team needs given their current situation. We facilitate events dealing with specific issues or difficulties within teams as well as the "annual planning" team days. These can be one day events or a series of sessions, and whether, for example, pre-course questionnaires are required will depend upon the situation.
