Workshop Facilitation

As well as facilitating and presenting at conferences, Challenge has often been asked to facilitate and/or design workshops for staff conferences or other special events.

These have usually been on subjects in the field of equality and diversity or related areas. We have facilitated a wide range of workshops including equality and diversity updates, policy feedback sessions, the facts about asylum seekers and refugees, assertiveness, customer care for a diverse client group.

If you are considering equality as a theme, or sub theme, for your staff conference, please do give us a call. We will be happy to discuss ideas and make suggestions based on what could or has worked in the past (which may or may not involve Challenge).
