This computer based course, is divided in to a number of units which cover the following key areas of diversity for any organisation:

1. Equality Legislation
2. Working Together
3. Sensitive Service Provision
4. Managing Diversity
5. Fair Selection
6. Planning for Diversity

As with all of Challenge's training, it tackles the seven main strands of diversity: Age, Disability, Family Circumstances, Gender, Race, Religion and Belief and Sexual Orientation.

The content of Same Difference was developed by Challenge's Training Director, Femi Otitoju. The easy to use contents reflects her relaxed and clear training style. All of the units include facts and information, the potential issues, questions and realistic case studies on the topic.

Your organisation will be able to track, with ease, how often individual members of staff have logged on to the system and what they have achieved.
