About Challenge

Everyone who works for Challenge Consultancy, from the Training Director to our office staff have a strong commitment to Equality and Diversity. We translate that commitment into helping organisations embed equality and diversity into policies, systems, practices, service delivery and, most importantly, into the culture of their organisations. It's all that we do, and have done day in and day out for over 22 years.

Our training is designed to increase participants' confidence in addressing the issues across all the strands of diversity. Through our training methods we help people understand the ethos underpinning policies and procedures and enable them to integrate equality into their everyday work practice.

The majority of our courses are available as standard 'off-the-peg' sessions, such as Welcoming Diversity and Managing Diversity although 'tweaking' takes place to ensure that specific issues for the Team or organisation are addressed.
